Starting wages are
$16/hr for employees with no prior construction experience
$18-28/hr for other employees depending on experience
$30/hr for experienced workers who have passed the NC license exam
We are a small company and do a variety of small and medium sized projects in both residential and commercial spaces

Free Quotes
I offer free quotes for most jobs. Here are the exceptions.
Is something broken? No problem, I am happy to come get it working for you. I charge $189 for up to an hour of troubleshooting, $160 for each additional hour. For simple fixes there is no additional fee. Otherwise, I will give a quote before doing additional work. I strive to ensure that you will never be surprised by a bill.
Are you the buyer in a real estate transaction? I charge $189 to give you an estimate to fix the items on the inspection report. This is refunded if you decide to go with the work.
Are you far away? I am based in downtown Carrboro. If your address is Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Durham, Pittsboro, Hillsborough, or google maps says you are less than 35 minutes from downtown Carrboro, great you are in my service area. For other customers, I charge additional fees to get to and from the job site. Please call or email to inquire.
